Do you recognize this man?
Yesterday afternoon he entered the campus of University High School, cut a bike lock, and stole the orange bicycle he’s riding in the photo. High school students captured this picture as he fled the scene.
The suspect is described as male, Caucasian, approximately 30 to 35 years old, 5’9”, medium build, with a goatee and earrings. Continue reading
