Subject: IPD Seeks Public’s Help Identifying Sexual Battery Suspect

Irvine, CA – The Irvine Police Department (IPD) is seeking the public’s help identifying a suspect involved in a sexual battery.
The suspect is described as male, age 40s, possibly Middle Eastern with an East Coast accent, approximately 5’9”, 180lbs., with black hair, a receding hairline, wearing a red polo shirt and black pants.
At approximately 7:30 p.m. on December 5, 2015, the male suspect entered 85 Degrees Bakery in Irvine and used his hand and fingers to intentionally touch a female victim’s buttocks while she was standing in line. The victim and her friend confronted the suspect, who then fled the scene.
