SPECIAL BULLETIN: CRITICAL MISSING PERSONS
Mr. Carl Tarantino and his wife Theresa were last known to be at their residence in Laguna Woods on Friday, December 19, 2014 at 8:00 a.m. It is believed the couple drove away in their 1998 Honda Accord, California license #5GMB136.
Mr. & Mrs. Tarantino do not own cell phones and their whereabouts are unknown. Both Mr. & Mrs. Tarantino have varying degrees of cognitive issues.

DESCRIPTION: Male, white, 83 yrs old, 5’4”,
140 lbs., blue eyes, bald
CLOTHING: Possibly a green checkered shirt green sweater
