Two seats were up for grabs on the five-member board, which sets policy for the district. Fellow incumbent Glasky, an attorney who joined the board following a special election in June, secured his first full term with 14,067 votes, or 37.5 percent.
Challenger Bob Vu, an educator, scientist and entrepreneur, finished third with 8,710 votes, or 23.2 percent.
