Silverado Canyon Mandatory Evacuation Orders Lifted
SILVERADO CANYON, Calif. – (September 14, 2014) – Mandatory evacuation orders have been lifted for the Silverado Canyon area, east of 30311 Silverado Canyon Road. Residents only may access their residences utilizing Silverado Canyon Road; however, Silverado Canyon Road at Santiago Canyon Road will remain closed for non-residents.
Residents should be prepared to present law enforcement with identification and proof of residency when accessing the affected areas. Road conditions may still present hazards; motorists are reminded to drive slowly, use caution and be aware of public safety equipment in the area.
