An important painting exhibition organized by the Irvine Museum has finally returned home, after traveling the country since 2010. “California Impressionism: Selections from the Irvine Museum” includes 41 paintings dating from the late 1890s to the 1930s. The exhibition runs through January 9.
When: The Irvine Museum is open Tuesday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Where: 18881 Von Karman Ave., Suite 100 in Irvine
Cost: General admission is $5. Children, students and seniors ages 60 and older get in free. Admission is free the second Wednesday of every month.
