Subject: City of Irvine Senior Health and Resource Expo/ Free flu shots for adults age 50 and older
IRVINE, CA (September 30, 2013): The City of Irvine, in partnership with HOAG Hospital, will sponsor a Senior Health and Resource Expo on October 12 from 9 a.m.-noon at the Lakeview Senior Center. The Expo will feature more than 70 exhibitors and includes free flu shots, provided by HOAG, for adults age 50 and older.
More than 60 exhibitors will showcase products, services and information related to wellness, safety, nutrition, transportation, financial assistance, long-term care and assisted living. Free health screenings will be available for blood pressure, hearing, body mass index (BMI), cholesterol, spinal, medication interactions and balance testing.
