Last month the Orange County Transportation Authority Board of Directors voted to approve a proposed 3.2-mile Anaheim streetcar project despite its huge $319 million price tag. I voted against the project, as did Huntington Beach Councilman Matthew Harper and Supervisor John Moorlach.
