IRVINE, CA (June 14, 2013): The City of Irvine will host its 5th annual Senior Fitness Expo on Friday, June 28 from 9 a.m.-noon at the Rancho Senior Center, located at 3 Ethel Coplen Way, Irvine. Geared for adults age 50 and older, the free Expo features exercise demonstrations, health screenings, nutrition and fitness presentations, a variety of the latest health and fitness products and an opportunity drawing for prizes.
“The goal of the Expo is to provide older adults with the necessary information, education and resources to help keep them active and healthy,” said Lydie Gutfeld, Senior Services Coordinator at the Rancho Senior Center.
