SANTA ANA – The Orange County District Attorney’s Office (OCDA) is seeking the public’s help identifying potential additional victims of a tennis coach charged with sexually assaulting a 12-year-old male student. Jarrid Thomas Baldogo, 29, Irvine, is charged with eight felony counts of lewd acts on a child under 14 with a sentencing enhancement allegation for substantial sexual conduct with a child. If convicted, he faces a maximum sentence of 22 years in state prison and mandatory lifetime sex offender registration. Baldogo is in custody on $1 million bail and is scheduled for a continued arraignment May 31, 2013, at 10:30 a.m. in Department CJ-1, Central Jail, Santa Ana.

In November 2012, Baldogo is accused of meeting 12-year-old John Doe at the tennis courts in Santa Clara Park in Irvine when he was hired as the victim’s private tennis coach.
