The County of Orange’s plan to move into Stage Two has been approved by the State of California. Certain businesses with adaptions, such as in-person dining reservations and retail shopping with social distancing and curbside pickup, will be allowed to re-open. Additionally, the County Health Officer today issued a new Health Officer’s Order(link is external) and additional strong recommendations to help slow the spread of COVID-19 in Orange County as more businesses move toward re-opening.
