Dear Editor,
I am the co-author of a book entitled The Who Concert File which was published some years ago. I came across a curious performing date for The Who when they appeared at the Verizon Wireless Amphitheater in Irvine on 9-15-02. Apparently the band called Counting Crows for some reason failed to appear and an unknown local band from Irvine filled in. Can anybody help identifying the local band? Thanking you. Irish Jack
