Woman Killed in Traffic Collision
Irvine, Calif. (July 3, 2018) – A woman was killed in a traffic collision Tuesday on Main Street in Irvine.
The Irvine Police Department and Orange County Fire Authority responded at 3:14 p.m. to a report of a head-on collision in the area of Main Street near the 55 Freeway. The deceased female was the driver of one of the vehicles involved in the collision. The driver of the other vehicle was transported to an area hospital. No passengers were present in either vehicle.
Main Street is closed in both directions between McDurmott West and Sunflower in Santa Ana.
