IRVINE, CA (June 4, 2014): Irvine seniors are invited to attend upcoming musical events held weekly starting in June at the Lakeview Senior Center: big band sounds of Joannie’s Raggtimers on the 2nd and 4th Thursday of each month from noon to 2 p.m. (free); Senior Band Tea Dance held weekly each Thursday from 2-4 p.m. (free); and live music by the Old Smoothies on the first Saturday of each month from 7-10 p.m. ($7). Saturday events include sweet and healthy treats provided by the National Charity League. Attendees who bring a new guest will receive a raffle ticket for a chance to win prizes.
